NG Incorporated assists its clients in the negotiation of the freight forwarding and chartering agreements between the client (oil trading companies) and freight forwarders or shipowners. Consulting services are  provided for regional logistics issues, with regard to the selection of the most efficient cargo transportation routes.

NG Incorporated's staff readily provide clients with their knowledge and experience concerning the terms of deliveries, quantities, demurrage conditions, and related activities.

As an expert in Caspian crude oil operations, NG Incorporated helps oil trading companies to develop freight forwarding, tanker chartering and delivery contracts on various terms and conditions (FOB, CIF, DAF etc.).  NG Incorporated assists clients with export and import documentation to ensure timely transit of the cargo.  The cargo is then carefully monitored through all modes of transportation as per the freight forwarding agreements.

Operations and logistics support is provided to oil trading companies during the transportation of Caspian crude oil through the Volga-Don Channel to the Black Sea.  NG Incorporated assist its clients to charter oil tankers from approved shipowners.

NG Incorporated maintains business relations and contacts with the all freight forwarders and shipowners in the Caspian region.

Through communication with freight forwarders, NG Incorporated coordinates all activities associated with the loading, discharge or transshipment of the products.

NG Incorporated oversees the accuracy of demurrage claims imposed by freight forwarders to our clients, monitoring their validity and data precision.  NG Incorporated also analyzes time sheets and other documents provided by the ship agents. The operations team makes independent calculations on demurrage claims submitted by the freight forwarders, promptly informs client’s demurrage department in case of any mistakes in the calculations, and recalculates the actual figures.

The operations team of NG Incorporated regularly monitors the cargo movements of all oil trading companies in the Caspian and Black Sea regions. Statistics, schedules and other details for all the vessels loaded in the Caspian region are accounted for on a daily basis. Special attention is paid to the forthcoming export of third party volumes through Baku – Tbilisi – Ceyhan pipeline.
